Who we are

Embank AI provides Embank Clarity, a Jira Cloud app that reviews Jira issues for readiness, missing requirements, and acceptance criteria. For privacy questions, contact support@embankai.com.

Information we process

When you install or use Clarity, we may process Jira issue content needed to generate readiness feedback, Atlassian account identifiers provided through the integration, support messages, and operational logs needed for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use information to provide readiness reviews, surface feedback inside Jira, support customers, protect the service, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party services

Clarity operates with Atlassian Jira Cloud and may use cloud infrastructure and email providers to run the service and respond to support requests. These providers are used only as needed to operate the product.

Your choices

Workspace admins can uninstall Clarity from Jira Cloud. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
